I began tracking my own cycle about 12 years ago and oddly enough, it has completely changed the way I view and lead women now. I am completely clear that the majority of females are only a small percentage of who and what they can be. By discovering and unlocking the power within the recesses of their feminine core by way of their natural monthly rhythm, women will begin to discover the power they have to not only improve their own relationship and financial troubles, but also begin to improve conditions for females worldwide. This is a global empowerment movement.
Call it Mother Nature's Revolution.
Somewhat cosmically presented with a system I could not deny, the Four Seasons in Four Weeks strategy unfolded right before my eyes. I tested and found this information so reliable in helping me to make wiser health, business, and relationship decisions that I am now sharing my user-friendly system with others.
My research confirmed there were others who were on the same wavelength; leaders such as Christiane Northrup, MD and Jane Collings, yet I found no guidebook or system for walking a woman, or man, through the daily female cycle journey.
When polling other women, I found two outstanding things:
- 1) most women feel alone and lost as to how to deal with the ups and downs in their cycles.
- 2) their relationships would be better if their guy understood, just a little, what they go through. My four-week cycle self-care guide addresses both.
My experience in knowing women comes from a life journey of supporting and nurturing them on some level. As a hairdresser in earlier years, I soon came to appreciate the personal stories my clients would share with me, enlightening me to the varied intimate challenges of my gender. Later I would become the employer of a large staff of women who ultimately became the inspiration for Four Seasons in Four Weeks. I've been a mentor, employer, educator, consultant, confidante, and listener to women of all ages, be it family, friends, clients, or community. In 1996 I built the first and largest day spa in Ashland, Oregon, gratefully receiving the prestigious Service Business of the Year Award in 2000. I am a past president of Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon and mentor for Southern Oregon Women's Access to Credit.
Born in Honolulu and raised in Orange County, California, My family and I moved to Ashland in 1988 after living in beautiful Big Sur, California for eight years. Living in aesthetically gorgeous, artistic communities nurtures my mind, heart, and soul.
At 52 and a mother of three (two 20-something young men and a 14-year old girl), I feel I'm at my best and passionate about mentoring women on a broader scale. My passion is teaching girls and women individually or in groups about their personal vision and passion, relationships, business skills, why they must know themselves better, what they deserve, and how they must change the world for the better.
